Admissions Support Administrator - Bournemouth - Temp - up to £13 per hour

A temporary Admission assistant is required for our client based in Bournemouth, this role is to join the admissions team to support them during a busy project period.

What you will be doing

• Managing shared inbox and answering queries from applicants
• Helping out with key admissions processes like DBS checks and Occupational Health checks
• Helping to organise induction activities for new students and enrolment
• Responding to enquiries from clearing applicants

What we're looking for:

• Good customer communications skills
• Ability to understand and use databases like a student record system
• Well organised and able to keep on top of high-volume enquiries
• Familiarity with admissions processes preferred
