Adolescent Social Worker

Location: Reigate
Hourly Rate: £42.76
Contract Type: Locum - Full-time
Start Date: Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop trusted relationships with adolescents to address their emotional, social, and practical needs
* Conduct assessments and create individualised support plans
* Work closely with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other professionals
* Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, including risks related to exploitation, mental health, and homelessness
* Ensure young people's voices are central to all decisions affecting their care

What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
* Proven experience supporting adolescents in complex and high-risk situations
* Solid knowledge of youth development, trauma-informed approaches, and safeguarding protocols
* Strong communication, engagement, and problem-solving skills
* Minimum 3 years PQE, including 3 years permanent experience in a UK Local Authority
