Adult Social Worker - London - Localities - Ongoing Contract

I am currently recruiting for an Adults QSW - Locality on a contract basis for my client in East London.

As a social care professional, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to vulnerable adults in the area.

This reputable LA is committed to improving the quality of life of its residents through the provision of high-quality services, including social care.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments of the needs and risks of vulnerable adults in the locality
• Developing care and support plans that meet the needs of service users
• Managing a caseload of service users and keeping accurate records
• Working alongside other professionals to coordinate care and support for service users

Requirements:

• A Social Work degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years minimum experience in social care, particularly in working with vulnerable adults.
• Valid UK drivers license (preferable).
• Completed ASYE.
