The Role:
As a Media Assistant, you will assist in delivering multi-media activity for an array of brands, working closely with the tight-knit team, and immersing yourself in the company’s offerings and the media market.

This will involve hybrid working.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being accountable for campaign delivery, scheduling and monitoring media plans
  • Using in-house tools to produce competitor reports and market insight for clients
  • Scheduling and monitoring media plans for a range of clients
  • Efficiently pulling together competitor insight and market analysis
  • Providing a pro-active approach to supporting the team
  • Showcasing a keen desire for the media industry and immerging trends
  • Building relationships with clients, media owners and partners
  • Providing exceptional service levels with excellent communication skills
  • Creating cross-media plans for a range of clients
  • Consistently delving deeper into the 'what’, 'why’ and 'how’ when reporting and interpreting campaign performance insights

About You:

  • A degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential
  • You a good knowledge of the brand and a genuine interest in media, marketing and advertising
  • You are computer literate, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
  • You are numerate with strong attention to detail
  • You are an excellent communicator with a sociable personality
  • You are pro-active and willing to get stuck in as a team player
