Job Purpose
This role will be reporting into the Senior Manager, Employee Relations, EMEA & APAC to support on all employee relations matters. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with HR business partners (and where relevant their key stakeholders in the business) in order to provide support and advise on ER/IR activities across EMEA & APAC. The successful candidate will also provide support to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations in ensuring EMEA & APAC employee-related policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with all applicable local laws.
