Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in one of our fastest growing Digital Marketing channels at Boots. Joining a team of Affiliate marketing specialists, you'll be instrumental in aiding the Performance Media team in delivering the Affiliate marketing strategy.

The Performance Media team sits within our Marketing department and are responsible for driving forward the paid media strategy for Boots UK, covering performance marketing channels such as PPC, Affiliates, Display and Paid Social.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the affiliate trade calendar, ensuring all planned activity goes ahead and publishers are briefed on the latest promotions and priorities.

• Understanding business targets through close collaboration with internal teams covering functions such as: Ecommerce, Marketing and Planning.

• Performing competitor research, industry analysis and aiding in spotting areas of opportunity.

• Co-ordination and management of our key Affiliate relationships, alongside the Affiliate Executive and Manager.

• Commission management and associated Affiliate admin tasks.

What you’ll need to have:

• Proactive and ideas led ethos

• Good understanding of Affiliate Marketing in the digital media industry

• Ability to work with many different internal and external stakeholders at one time.

• Great numerical skills

• A passion for working in the ever-evolving world of Digital Marketing

It would be great if you also have:

• Proven experience working in the Affiliate Marketing industry and/or a Digital Marketing role.

• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Awin.

• Detailed understanding of key Affiliate performance indicators such as EPC, CPA, ROAS and CPC.

• Ability to review and understand commercial proposals and negotiate well.

• Brand / client-side experience would be an added benefit.
