Position Overview:
As an Aftercare Manager you will be responsible for managing post-handover support for homeowners, focusing on identifying and resolving defects in newly constructed homes. This role ensures all issues are handled promptly, coordinating remedial works and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction on luxury new homes.

The Details:

  • Up to £54k
  • Monday-Friday
  • Based on site in North London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defect Management: Act as the main point of contact for homeowners reporting defects, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Oversee handover processes, conduct follow-ups, and address complaints professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordination: Work with contractors and internal teams to organise and supervise repair work in line with warranty and quality standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure all aftercare processes comply with industry standards and building regulations, including NHBC warranties.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of defects, remedial actions, and prepare reports for management on performance and trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in aftercare, property management, in a like for like role.
  • Knowledge of defect management, construction processes, and warranty requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
