This is a great opportunity for an experienced Aftercare Supervisor, or a tradesperson looking to step into this role, to join an established contractor. You'll be working in a client-facing role, within a variety of sectors across East Anglia and beyond.

This family-run company has been established for nearly 50 years and boasts great stability of work. They are looking for an Aftercare Supervisor after a retirement, this role would suit a friendly, personable person willing to travel and work in a varied, client-facing role. Long term, you'll benefit from being a part of a family feel, friendly team with great job security.

Your role as an Aftercare Supervisor will include:

* To manage and organise sub-contractors effectively.
* The ability to undertake general repair works for multiple trades.
* The ability to work as a team or on their own.
* Willing to travel and lodge away from home on an occasional basis.

The successful Aftercare Supervisor will need:

* Great interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel
* Trades background or similar
* Full UK driving licence
* Full UK working rights
