Responsibilities
Duties:
- Managed the amendment process through AOB (Agent On-boarding) i.e. coordinate to collect the documents from the agents and prepare and submit the application through AOB.
- Co-ordinate with the field sales teams and other internal teams whereas necessary to ensure the process is completed within the time frame i.e. change of address, change of bank account, change of contact details, change of director etc.
- Co-ordinate the creation of additional operator's profile for agents by contacting agents for necessary documents.
- Co-ordinate with compliance for the necessary approval for new agents and coordinate with the EU Login team for the creation of the users profiles.
- Set up new agents in the system and send welcome letters.
- Co-ordinate and manage the stationary request from agents and internal teams on behalf of the agents.
- Maintain inventories for such stationaries and coordinate for the smooth delivery to reach within the turnaround time. Such stationary includes: Paying in book, signature pads and Ria card/scanner.
Qualifications
- Fluent English +** Additional language highly desirable
- At least 2-year experience as an Administrator or similar role;
- Experience working with other money transfer companies would be a bonus;
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude;
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Proficient in managing and analyzing data using Excel;
- Knowledge of FX rates and the effects their fluctuation can have on a business;
