Aggregator Marketing Manager: Our Digital Trading team are looking for a dynamic and talented Aggregator Marketing Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Aggregators are Ageas’s most significant source of new business growth and the Aggregator Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing, developing and growing our aggregator channels to help optimise profitable growth, while identifying and implementing new improvement initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, as the Aggregator Marketing Manager will be working closely with our aggregator partners and cross functional teams like Underwriting, Pricing, IT and Operational teams to help develop and optimise trading performance that will help deliver best commercial outcomes. Therefore, the ability to forge and foster strong working relationships is crucial.

The Aggregator Marketing Manager must also possess strong numeracy skills as they will be closely monitoring, budgeting and delivering sales performance and making decisions to help maximise commercial outcomes for aggregator channels.

Main Responsibilities as an Aggregator Marketing Manager:

  • Working closely with our aggregator partners on projects & initiatives that result in positive commercial results for the aggregator channel
  • Working closely with the Marketing, Pricing and Operational teams to continually improve performance of the channel to deliver both volume and value objectives
  • Support the Senior Management Team in arranging and preparing content for Trading meetings
  • Conduct competitor analysis in order to identify opportunities and then drive these through recommendation, approval and implementation
  • Independently identify, assess and produce recommendations to optimise the aggregator channel and then manage through to delivery

Skills and experience you need as an Aggregator Marketing Manager:

  • Responsible for developing the channel to achieve target volumes and the day to day management of the aggregator channel
  • Monitor performance of our online journey and make recommendations that improve the commercial performance of customers who transact online
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong numeracy and commercial understanding
  • Ability to quickly understand and discuss technical aspects of the aggregator infrastructure
  • Develop and prepare aggregator channel business plans, forecasts and scenario models
  • Build strong working relationships within Ageas UK Group to ensure alignment of key objectives and to share knowledge to enhance performance in the aggregator market
