Reed.co.uk is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join their Delivery Team in Holborn, London.

Overview

The Agile Delivery Manager oversees the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within the organisation using the System of Delivery Framework. This role provides end-to-end project and program management alongside the support of agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

  • Align project delivery with business objectives.

  • Create unified roadmaps and detailed project plans.

  • Keep product and delivery tools updated with accurate data.

  • Monitor team performance and drive efficiency.

  • Manage risks and escalate issues as needed.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress.

  • Track costs and ensure a strong return on investment.

  • Manage third-party vendor relationships.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in Agile project management.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.

  • Experience in delivering digital products and managing offshore teams.

  • At least 3 years in project management.
