Air Conditioning Engineer - Halesowen

Are you an experienced air conditioning engineer looking for a new challenge with a well-established company? My client, a leading air conditioning specialist based in Halesowen, is seeking a skilled air conditioning engineer to join their team and deliver top-quality service across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per year
Location: Halesowen
Benefits: Paid travel time, overtime opportunities, company van

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission air conditioning systems, including splits and VRV/VRF.
  • Perform routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
  • Provide clients with expert technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and refrigerant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and report on system performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as an air conditioning engineer with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and electrical components.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of F-Gas regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
