Air Conditioning Engineer - Guildford & Southwest

Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer seeking a rewarding role with a company that values quality, expertise, and a collaborative culture? My client, a family-owned leader in engineering solutions, has been delivering exceptional design, fabrication, and maintenance services for over 150 years. They are now looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expert team, installing and servicing air conditioning systems across the Southwest.

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: 38,000 - £45,000 per annum + door-to-door travel paid
Location: Commuting distance of Guildford



Key Responsibilities for the Air Conditioning Engineer

  • Install and commission air conditioning systems, including splits, VRV/VRF, and chillers.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Communicate with clients, providing updates and technical support.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance.



The Ideal Air Conditioning Engineer

  • Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair, with expertise in splits, VRV/VRF, and chillers.
  • F-Gas certified with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Skilled in fault finding and problem-solving to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for site-based work.
