A fantastic opportunity to work for a well established air conditioning contractor that deal with splits, VRV, VRF, and water chilled air conditioning. Their client list is very robust and has been busy throughout their 50 years in business. They pride themselves on delivery for their clients and the team always works to the best of their ability.

They are recruiting for a Service Administrator:-

  • Based at their Basildon office
  • Working Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
  • Helping with office admin, answering the phone, helping with some light quotes work
  • Helping with ordering spares, materials, and parts
  • Helping book out engineers to customer sites

Salary and Benefits of a Service Administrator:-

  • 24-26k basic salary depending on experience
  • 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Workplace pension

Skills Needed to be a service administrator:-

  • Within travelling distance to Basildon in Essex
  • You need to be computer literate and good with paper work and a good telephone manner
  • Experience working for a company within HVAC, engineering or construction would be needed with admin or service controlling
  • They are a reactive business so you need to be able to multi task and prioritise
