We are working with a Medium sized Freight Forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for an Air Export Clerk.
Looking for 1-2 years Air Export experience start to finish, if needs training in any areas will look at that.


Role Involves:


· Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
· Completion of end-to-end forwarding activities when required.
· Follow strict and time sensitive SOP’s/KPI’s to ensure compliance.
· Work closely with internal and external customers.Experience

Experience


· 1-2 years Air Export Start to Finish experience.
· Good Customs Clearance experience.
· Good Operational knowledge.
· A high level of customer service skills.
· Fully PC Literate and can pick up new systems.
· Cargo Wise experience advantage.
· Knowledge of Customs Tariffs and procedures.
· Problem solving experience.
· Negotiation skills.
· Self-motivation and drive to succeed.


Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
