Our client is a leading consultancy offering a wide range of multi-disciplinary services in the fields of environmental, energy, and performance testing. They specialise in helping clients meet the rigorous standards set by British regulations for their diverse projects, catering to both residential and commercial developers. This role promises an exciting array of projects that involve visiting different sites and working with various stakeholders, providing an engaging and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

• ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations and construction industry guidelines.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence.
• Proficiency in essential modelling and IT software packages.
• Readiness to travel to different test sites.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests in compliance with established British standards such as CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001, and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2.
• Engage in effective communication with site agents and personnel to ensure smooth testing procedures.
• Evaluate test results with analytical precision, promptly addressing any anomalies or issues that may arise.
• Generate concise and accurate ATTMA short reports using electronic systems.
• Identify and rectify any testing defects promptly and effectively.
• Safely transport equipment to and from test sites, utilising both vehicles and manual handling as necessary.
• Tailor the testing approach based on project-specific factors.
