Air Testing Technician

Our client is a leading consultancy offering a comprehensive range of services related to environmental, energy, and performance testing. They specialise in helping clients meet British standards for residential and commercial projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a dynamic work environment with the potential for site visits and engagement with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 certification
• Full UK driving licence
• Proficiency in key modelling and IT software packages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thorough understanding of building regulations or construction industry guidelines
• Willingness to travel to different test sites

Responsibilities:

• Determine the testing approach based on project-specific factors
• Efficiently generate accurate ATTMA short reports using an electronic system
• Ensure safe transportation of equipment to and from test sites
• Facilitate smooth testing procedures by effectively communicating with site agents and personnel
• Interpret and evaluate test results with sound judgment and analytical skill
• Perform tests in compliance with established British standards such as CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001, and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2
