My client are a well established, leading freight forwarder looking for an Airfreight Export Coordinator to join their busy team! You MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in an airfreight export role.

Daily duties will include:

  • Managing and coordinating airfreight shipments
  • Providing quotations and processing bookings
  • Prepare and process airway bills, shipping documentation and customs paperwork
  • Negotiating rates with suppliers
  • Arranging collection and delivery
  • Arranging customs declaration
  • Handling queries

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 0830am - 1700pm

This is a hybrid role and will eventually be based in the new Heathrow office however you must be willing to travel to the office full time during the onboarding process, once trained you will be required to go into the office max 2 days per week.
