AMHP- £43 p/hr - IV ASAP - Day shift only

Nonstop care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Berkshire area who are looking for an Approved Mental Health Practitioner(AMHP) to join their service on Day shift only.

This role offers excellent supervision and assistance, allowing you to continuously develop and improve your skills and abilities, which will assist you with further career progression in the future

Responsibilities:

* Complete Care Act assessments
* Complete assessments both virtually and in person and review packages of care
* Complete Safeguarding Adult Investigations
* Work within the community
* Liaise with service users, families/carers and other professionals

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years experience in an adults disability/ mental health setting and is a qualified AHMP . You will be a Social Work degree and have a driving license.
