We are seeking dedicated Social Workers / Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) to join our Community Mental Health teams. This is a pivotal role in supporting adults with mental health difficulties and their carers, enhancing their independence and quality of life. • Work closely with community and in-patient multi-disciplinary colleagues.
• Offer support to both community and in-patient services, focusing on collaborative work with service users.
• Undertake statutory requirements of the role and that of the local authority, including Care Act duties and Safeguarding for both adults and children.
• Engage in supervision, mentoring, or supporting the learning of others, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

• Proven experience as an AMHP.
• Experience in supervision, mentoring, or supporting the learning of others.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Practice Educator qualifications are desirable for progression to senior roles.
