- Annual Salary: £38,931 - £46,578 plus £1,500 annual retention and £1,000 Golden Hello

We are seeking dedicated Social Workers / Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) to join our Community Mental Health teams. This is a pivotal role in supporting adults with mental health difficulties and their carers, enhancing their independence and quality of life. This is an opportunity to be part of a transformative programme within Adult Social Care in the London Borough of Bromley.

- Undertake statutory requirements of the role and that of the local authority, including Care Act duties and Safeguarding for both adults and children.
- Engage in supervision, mentoring, or supporting the learning of others, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
- Proven experience as an AMHP.
- Experience in supervision, mentoring, or supporting the learning of others.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Practice Educator qualifications are desirable for progression to senior roles.
