Provide support for client onboarding and post-sale services across the firm's suite of open ended evergreen (semi-liquid) funds
Manage fund onboarding operations across distributor platforms in EMEA and Asia
Support Fund Administrator investor onboarding through coordination with Transfer Agency and compliance teams, handling operational and client service duties for the fund platform
Maintain active relationships between distributor/private banks' middle office teams, third-party service providers, internal business units, and Fund Administrator teams
Develop and maintain expertise in private bank and investor dealing operational platforms and processes
Design and implement systems and processes to enhance investor service delivery
Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures covering investor maintenance and reporting across various investor and distributor relationships
Innovate solutions to enhance investor and distributor experience while minimising risk and optimising processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, providing comprehensive analysis and solutions to Head of the Investor Services team
Support strategic initiatives including new fund launches and process optimisation projects
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant industry experience
Understanding of private wealth clients and distribution channels
Experience in investor servicing, reporting, onboarding, and operations
Knowledge of open-ended evergreen funds, including Luxembourg UCI Part II
Strong relationship management capabilities
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with close attention to detail
Collaborative approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
