Role details:

•Alongside the Regulatory Reporting team you will be instrumental in building, publishing reports, ensuring accuracy, and correcting data issues to ensure we continue to meet our European regulatory requirements.

•Collaborating with other departments (Operations, IT, Compliance and Client Services) to maintain documentation for operational regulatory reporting.  This includes, but is not limited to EMIR Refit, MiFID II Costs & Charges, Trade / Transaction, SFTR and such other reporting as may be required from time to time.

•Maintenance of the regulatory reporting Issue log, ensuring issues are captured in the correct format and escalated to the appropriate committees / individuals (as necessary).

•Ensure project status reports are completed on time, to the expected quality, and in the required format.  

•Arrange and facilitate regular Change Programme governance forums with the correct attendees and agenda agreed in advance. Capturing key actions and ensuring these are communicated to stakeholders.

•Working with stakeholders to ensure that all governance and documentation completed is at the expected level of quality.

•Complete quality assurance and audit checks on projects.

•Manage Project drive, storing documents aligned to naming convention and archiving documents as required.

Skills & Experience required:

•Experience in asset management operations 

•Possess high attention to detail and ability to multi-task

•Can facilitate project meetings with multiple attendees, capturing detailed actions with assigned owners.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

•Analytical, good problem-solver, and strong critical thinking skills.

•Able to effectively articulate and present technical / process information and risks to non-technical users and business sponsors.
