How would you like to lead analytics for a prestigious luxury watch brand and drive their reach through innovative paid media strategies?

Role Summary:

As an Analytics Lead, you will be at the forefront of brand initiatives, working with a broader media team that plans and activates campaigns across 100 markets on social and search channels (including YouTube). Your responsibilities will include providing key insights to support strategic decisions, driving automation with existing and new tools, and leading comprehensive reporting such as post-campaign analysis and sentiment analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Strategy and Social leads to improve media performance through testing, analysis, and insightful recommendations.
  • Implement data-driven media campaigns, set KPIs, and define measurement frameworks with the broader team.
  • Lead campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, including client presentations.
  • Drive the Learning Agenda through hypothesis testing and tool adoption.
  • Manage data deliverables and lead client communication projects.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple projects and work streams efficiently.
  • Coordinate data integration projects, merging multiple data sources into daily reporting.
  • Provide industry and competitor analysis, set benchmarks, and define success metrics for clients.
  • Mentor and manage one direct report, fostering their professional growth.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Curious and Passionate: Degree-educated individual, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive Experience: In paid digital media, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Performance Reporting: Background in media performance reporting and optimizations.
  • Data Analysis: Expertise in analyzing and interpreting data from ad servers, web analytics, social media platforms, and DSPs.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written skills, comfortable in client-facing roles.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in handling data.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with data reporting automation tools (knowledge of Sprinklr products is beneficial).
