THE COMPANY
This DIY retail company is looking to refresh and upgrade its analytics capabilities and needs an Analytics Manager to lead the way with CRM & Loyalty.
THE ROLE
You'll be guiding and owning the CRM & loyalty area of the business, completely refreshing the current loyalty proposition. You'll focus on various customer channels too - email, push, coupon, web etc. As a Manager you'll also be responsible for an Analyst and a contractor.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Strong SQL coding experience
- Experience with analytics that informs marketing - CRM, loyalty
- Evidence of working across multiple marketing channels
- Retail background preferred
