AP-6MTH FTC- Hybrid working- £35k- Media/Tech Agency

Talentedge are actively recruiting for a 6mth fixed term contract for a growing Advertising Technology business in Central London paying £35k pro rata. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office per week)

Duties include:

• Monitoring of the Finance email inbox to ensure timely postings of all supplier invoices with relevant approvals in SAP
• Handling both internal and external queries relating to Accounts Payable
• Processing employee expenses in Concur, ensuring the claims are in line with policy
• Preparing paperwork for weekly bank payments
• Sending remittances to suppliers
• Managing supplier database
• Managing relationships with customer finance teams
• Building a close working relationship with all operational staff across the group

Candidates must have:

• A minimum of 6 months expereince in Accounts Payable
• Ideally expereince within tech/media or a fast paced, manual process company
• A strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures
• An organised approach and excellent time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
• Good numeracy skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
