Description

• Effective management of accounts payable and receivable
• Timely processing of invoices and payment follow-ups
• Ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Participating in audits and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborating with the team to improve financial processes

Profile

A successful AP / AR Analyst should have:

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or similar field
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
