The Company:
Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant..  This roles offers a hybrid model of up to 3 days per week from home / 2 days office.

The Role:
  • Ensure payments are made correctly, in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and linking supporting documentation for each payment;
  • Covering other payment roles as necessary;
  • Dealing with initial internal and external queries
  • General administration where required
  • Using banking and accounting software;
  • Identifying errors and providing all necessary backups/reports for a correction;

The Person:
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Able to demonstrate previous experience in a transactional role within finance.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written;
  • Microsoft Excel skills;
