Do you have Epicor ERP support and / or projects experience and need a new challenge? Would you like to contribute to new EPICOR Kinetic implementations, upgrades, process improvement, standardisation and resolve complex support issues? Then this could be for you……..

You’ll join a UK company, with global operations, which designs, develops and manufactures cutting edge technology solutions that impacts the future of many industries. With over 20 sites globally, it continues to grow through acquisition and by increasing its design-led product offering to support a sustainable world.

It is investing in and implementing Epicor Kinetic to new sites and upgrading existing ones, hence why it needs another Epicor Applications Analyst to join the team looking after the UK.

You'll have a varied role depending on your Epicor expertise. For those newer to Epicor you'll support Epicor taking Epicor tickets, then resolve or triage calls. Tickets are varied and range from user requests to BPM development and data requests with BAQ.

For those with greater Epicor expertise, there’s projects, administration, 3rd line troubleshooting, liaising with 3rd party Epicor support collaboration with other IT departments to integrate and improve system functionality, standardisation..…and of course new implementation projects.

What you take on is really down to the level of Epicor expertise you bring. There is room for someone beginning their career in Epicor with support and training provided. OR you could be someone with significant Epicor support who’d thrive in more of a 3rd line / projects role. There is so much to do, and this is before the company makes any acquisitions.
Whatever your current Epicor expertise, your ideas and contributions are always welcome in this forward-thinking company.

  • The curiosity to troubleshoot and find solutions to problems and a desire to improve applications
  • Ability to understand what the business is trying to achieve with Epicor
  • Beneficial would be BPM and BAQ or SQL but not essential
Location / Hybrid working: Can be home based / remote working / hybrid with travel to UK offices for projects. (which are spread across England and South Wales)
