Application Support Manager - WMS (Warehouse applications) - Remote - occasional travel to client sites - £60k-£65k + bonus and car allowance

Robert Half are working with a global logistics company on the recruitment of an Application Support Manager.

The role will be predominantly remote based but there will be an expectation to travel to sites in the South West and The Midlands - travel away from your base location will be expensed.

This is great opportunity to work with a true market leader, to be considered for this role you will have demonstrable technical experience of Warehouse Management Systems (Ideally Manhattan)

Skills/Background required

• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
• Strong technical skills in Manhattan and associated Warehousing applications
• Strong leadership. Communication and coaching skills
• Excellent team building skills
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
• ITIL

Key responsibilities

• Leadership of the Warehouse & Fulfilment Application Support Team
• Work closely with technical teams when they are troubleshooting faults on their infrastructure to ensure maximum application uptime.
• Responsible for the line management of the team through regular 121s

• Ensuring capacity management is regularly undertaken and that all application monitoring and alerting is in place and actively being undertaken.
