Application Support

ERP Support Consultant to join a highly motivated Application Support Team with a food manufacturing giant. The company and team is growing, with offices in the UK, Spain & France. This position is based in their North West London Tech team.

The Position:

• Provide technical and functional support and assistance to ERP end users
• Work closely with Business end users to provide guidance and expertise on ERP
• Develop a high level of understanding of the full suite of our ERP components at Kolak

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in supporting ERP solutions; SAGE X3 and/or SAP Business One.
• Crystal Reports experience
• Knowledge of SQL query
• MS SQL / PostgreSQL administration experience
• Strong communication skills and able to translate technical / non-technical to stakeholders
• A blend of technical, business and interpersonal skills.
• Must be approachable, professional and comfortable working with end Business users

Salary & Benefits

£50'000 - £60'000 + additional benefits
