Senior Applications Analyst Opportunity at iO Associates

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

iO Associates is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to support and enhance our Civica OPENRevenues system. This role involves working throughout the entire application lifecycle, focusing on improving system functionality and performance. You will collaborate with key business areas to understand evolving requirements and processes, providing innovative solutions to ensure consistent service delivery.

Core Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Enterprise Applications Environment: Extensive experience in supporting and configuring Revs and Bens systems, preferably Civica OPENRevenues, throughout the full application lifecycle.
  • Local Government Experience: Familiarity with various local government service areas such as Customer Services, Housing, and Children Services.
  • System Analysis and Design: Proven track record in system analysis and design, with the ability to recommend and implement solutions to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Dev/Ops and ITIL Environments: Experience in Dev/Ops settings and ITIL-aligned environments, with a solid understanding of change management and governance.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: Initial 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension.
  • Payrate: £400 per day (inside IR35).
  • Remote Work: Candidates can work remotely.
