Role: Applications Analyst (strategic applications, emerging tech)

London (or Belfast) - Hybrid

Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Working in the Strategic Applications team you will be expected to maintain and support the execution of existing Business as Usual tasks across the core tools our client uses and all the new and emerging technologies as they develop (Ai, Blockchain, Metaverse etc.), including workflow application and automation e.g.:

- Data loading

- Data tracking and audit trail

- Management of data templates

- Generation of client reporting and data dashboards

- Trouble-shooting user issues

- Managing user access and maintaining data security

- Archiving workflows

They will support the Strategic Applications senior managers with design, build and deployment of new technical workflows including:

- Configuration documentation

- Collaborating with team members to ensure solutions are implemented on time and within budget.

- Supporting UAT

- Ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with project guidelines.

- Reporting on the progress of assigned tasks in a concise and timely way.

- Management of data templates

- Generation of client reporting and data dashboards

- Trouble-shooting user issues

- Managing user access and maintaining data security

- Archiving workflows

Qualifications, skills, experience

  • A good understanding of workflow and automation tools preferred including (but not limited to):
  • ShareDo (desirable as this is an existing project)
  • JIRA,
  • Neota logic
  • Contract Express (desirable)
  • DocuSign (desirable)
  • A good understanding of Microsoft O365 including Excel (preferred), Teams, SharePoint and Power BI
  • Knowledge of agile project management
  • A solutions-oriented, "can-do" approach to problem solving and service delivery.
  • Ability to prioritise deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • The ability to quickly identify a problem and develop sound, defensible solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, learning new skills and being part of the future of legal technology
