Our Client, a leading Insurance Broker are looking for a Appointed Representative oversight professional to support their Compliance team in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising directly with stakeholders to discuss and investigate questions arising from due diligence.
  • Oversee diligence review of all AR/IAR firms within the UK&I Retail Pillar to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Input into the overall compliance report/annual report to Board, drafting relevant sections, and ensuring that any clarification questions or required remedial actions are flagged.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong regulatory technical knowledge and experience of ARs in the insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA requirements specifically relating to general insurance products.
