Job Title: Apprentice Marketing Assistant (Level 3)

Location: Fleet, Hampshire

Salary: £22,000

We now have a fantastic career opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team and play an important role in supporting the Marketing Manager with the execution of marketing campaigns with a primary focus on digital initiatives as well as assisting in the planning and coordination of events.

Training will be provided via the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship with Apprentify, one of the top-rated training agencies delivering digital and technical apprenticeship programmes from start to finish. You’ll be set up for success with a blended learning approach including virtual classroom days, personalised coaching sessions, self-lead e-learning and activities to practice what you’ve learnt.

Eligibility

Ideally you will have at least two A Levels, however to qualify for this programme you must possess at least five GCSE’s passes at grade 4 or above, (A* to C) including English Language.

Key Areas of Activity

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) that will support marketing strategies.
  • Post new social media content e.g. LinkedIn.
  • Manage and update Mysoft’s social media channels to ensure they remain up to date.
  • Track social media analytics on a weekly basis to gauge the effectiveness of posts and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing activities e.g. click through, open, and engagement rates.
  • Support and assisting in the editing of videos for publishing onto the YouTube.
  • Maintain CRM system.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect customer feedback and testimonials to draft case studies.
  • Support in the planning, execution and follow-up of external and internal events.
  • Provide full administrative support including quotations, ensuring delivery times, reconciling invoices, maintaining files, as well as coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Acquire knowledge about the Company and our products, and keep to date with changes in the ERP industry.

About you

From a skills, experience and personal attributes perspective, we’re looking for…

  • Competence in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and grammatical skills.
  • Good organisation and time management skills, able to plan and prioritise effort and activities to meet delivery timelines.
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
  • A 'Can-Do’ attitude and willingness to learn new skills rapidly.
  • Natural curiosity, asks questions and eager to learn and understand what we do and why we do it.
  • Numerate, systemic and logical, with a cautious approach to getting things right.
  • High level of attention to detail and standards, able to spot and correct errors.
  • Innovative, able to think creatively and come up with fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges and meet deadlines.
  • Team player, able to build and maintain strong working relationships with the internal team and key stakeholders.
