As the Apprentice Reception Administrator your duties will be:
- Setting the tone for a professional but welcoming atmosphere within the office.
- Answering calls and emails and passing the individual on to the correct colleague, assisting where possible.
- Managing enquiries and liaising with relevant colleagues.
- Communicating effectively with clients both in person and via telephone and email.
- Managing office administration including supplier contracts, sorting post and general upkeep of office.
- Supporting fee earners in administrative tasks as required.
- Management of events.
- Scheduling meetings and organising diaries.
- File management.
- Preparing court bundles.
- Assisting with HR tasks.
- Interest in Law or the Legal industry (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player mentality.
- Brilliant organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
- Proactive mindset and ability to use initiative.
- Willingness to learn.
- Effective in a fast-paced environment.
