Apprenticeship Administrator

Location: Worcestershire

Salary: c £25,000 per annum plus benefits (Depending on experience)

Our client is an award-winning training and consultancy business who offer high quality specialising training programmes in the fire safety sector and more recently in building control & compliance. They deliver hundreds of courses each year and have developed specialist programmes in investigation, enforcement and prosecution. They also offer nationally recognised qualifications via their apprenticeship program and now have a vacancy for an administrator to join their team and support the Apprenticeship Manager from enrolment through to qualification.

The Role

Your role will be varied, and you will assist in the full cycle of the apprenticeship program including:

  • Managing the enrolment process
  • Managing the monthly off-the-job training records
  • Supporting the collation of data for review meetings
  • Creating and maintaining apprenticeship data (learner records & evidence documents)
  • Managing bookings
  • Liaising with the EPAO in terms of assessment registration
  • Submission of portfolios and documentation
  • Issuing certificates etc
  • Generally supporting the Apprenticeship Manager with any ad-hoc duties / projects as required.

Skills and Qualifications

To be shortlisted for this role you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar apprenticeship / training administrator role
  • You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be confident and a team player and have a positive "can do" attitude
  • Be committed to delivering high quality services.
