Enrolments Coordinator who has excellent organisational, time-management, administrative and communication skills is required to join a well-established independent training provider based in Central Cardiff, Wales.

This role is to work within Apprenticeships and is not an apprenticeship position.

SALARY: £24,000 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Cardiff, Wales (100% Office Based)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

Working as the Enrolments Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the apprenticeship process from induction through to completion, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of quality and engagement.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Enrolments Coordinator include:

Induction Meetings:

  • Schedule and organise induction meetings for potential apprentices with employers
  • Ensure that the apprenticeship pathway is suitable for the candidate and meets the employer's requirements
  • Perform compliance checks with employers and ensure all bookings are accurately recorded in the diary

Enrolment and Compliance:

  • Send out and audit enrolment paperwork to verify that all client data is accurate and complete
  • Follow up with potential learners and employers to chase any outstanding documents required for enrolment

Induction Conduct:

  • Lead induction meetings with potential apprentices, ensuring a smooth and informative onboarding process
  • Foster strong engagement with employers to support the successful integration of apprentices

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular learning and employer calls to assess the quality of the apprenticeship provision
  • Provide feedback to the Operations Manager, highlighting any areas for improvement-based telephone calls
  • Chase any outstanding paperwork/invoices and compliance issues for the Operations Manager as directed

Completion and Certification:

  • Reach out to apprentices who have completed their course to congratulate them and handle the claiming and dispatch of their certificates

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Proactive in problem-solving and capable of working independently
  • Experience in a similar role within education or training is preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software
