Arboriculturist

Surrey £25,000-£35,000

We are looking for an Arboriculturist to join a brilliant team in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established team on some fantastic projects! The arboriculturist team work alongside the Ecologists and Landscape Architects to deliver within a multi-disciplinary setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with clear pathways for progression.

The role involves:

  • Supporting the design and build of infrastructure projects (including highways, water and energy sectors) while liaising with other environmental consultants in various sectors.
  • Undertaking BS5837 tree surveys
  • Producing arboriculture impact assessments, hedgerow surveys and coordinating TPO applications.

Requirements:

  • A degree of minimum Level 3 Arboriculture qualification i.e. HNC Arb, AA Tech Cert, NDip Arb, AA Tech Cert, NDip Arb.
  • Experience delivering arboriculture reports within tight time-frames to meet client requirements.
  • Have a great understanding of undertaking tree surveys in accordance with BS 5837 2012.
