An interesting opportunity to play an integral role in the management of a premier family entertainment centre close to the vibrant city of Liverpool! My client is looking for an experienced manager to run their amusement arcade. Experience in the amusement arcade sector is desirable but individuals with extensive management experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment would be considered.
  
The main responsibilities of the Arcade Manager are:
  • Volume cash handling (cash not electronic transactions)
  • Training and managing high performing teams
  • Purchasing and managing stock
  • Accounting for takings including the use of computerised systems
The candidate:
  • 2 years proven management experience in a leisure, hospitality or retail environment (preferably within the amusement arcade sector)
  • Knowledge of KPIs and ability to control budgets
  • Forward thinking, flexible and customer focused
  • Able to deal with customer disputes and complaints
This is a fantastic job in a fast-paced industry which requires the successful individual to take ownership of the amusement arcade as if it was their own business. The job-holder must be flexible in their approach as the position requires evening and weekend shifts.
