Our well-established client in Norfolk is seeking an Architect Technician to join their team.

The Architect Technician will be working a hybrid working model, with 2 days working remotely from home, and 3 days a week at one of their offices in either Drayton or Holt.

Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an Architect Technician to join them on this exciting journey.

The role will include:

  • Completing BIM and digital drawings and schedules using the latest version of AutoCAD, Revit or Archicad software.
  • Produce accurate BIM, drawings, and schedules in collaboration with other disciplines, meeting project requirements.
  • Ability to report your progress, deliver on time and update work schedules
  • Your go to leaders will be, Head of residential development; Head of hospitality; Founder; and Directors of our 3rd party architects
  • You will add detail to concepts, ideas, and schemes for scheme feasibility, planning, building regulations, supplier technical information, and site working drawings.

Essential:

  • Full UK driving license
  • The ability to work independently and part of as a team with excellent time management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience in planning regulations and policies within Norfolk
  • Experience with residential and commercial building regulations

Package:

  • Salary dependent on experience (max Salary £40K)
  • 40-hour working week, however, the right candidate will be ambitious
  • Minimum of 3 days office-based in Holt or Drayton
  • Software and hardware packages available based on needs
