I am excited to be actively recruiting for an ambitious Architect to join a successful RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice in Banbury. The successful passionate Architect will have post qualification experience working across residential or commercial projects, capable at running projects with minimal supervision and boast design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Extensive post qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice
• Proficiency in industry standard software
• Ideally be well versed in ArchiCAD (training is provided)
• Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
• Good understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical skills
• Proven record working in the residential and commercial sectors
• Driven approach to work and professional development
• Work well within a team environment
• Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice
• Job running experience is ideal
• Proven experience across all RIBA stages
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Confident liaising with contractors, clients and other professionals
