A highly regarded architectural consultancy with over 40 years of business are going through another period of business growth in the South West office which has 20 staff members. They operate in the residential and extra care industries and are looking to bring in an Architect to design the latest varied projects.

This opportunity will allow you to design and deliver on commissions where responsbilities include.

- Client presentations

- Site layouts feasibility studies

- Concept designs

- Tender documentation

We are keen to speak with Architects who have ran UK housing projects and are fluent in either AutoCAD or REVIT. You will be confident in managing architectural assistants and the administering of contracts.
