I am excited to be recruiting for a flourishing Architectural Practice known for their innovative design approach, incorporating the rich scenery of their surroundings and prioritizing environmental friendliness. The practice supports continuous professional development within a friendly and social work environment, offering flexible working opportunities. They are celebrated for their inspiring and imaginative designs, primarily in the residential sector, but also engage in commercial and education projects. As a reputable RIBA Chartered Practice, they are keen to maintain their success and are looking for a motivated Part Three Architectural Assistant to join their talented team in Banbury.

The successful Architect will have sufficient post Part Three experience working on residential or commercial projects boasting design flare and creativity with a passion for high quality designs.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Post Part Three qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice
• Proficiency in industry standard software
• Ideally be well versed in ArchiCAD (training is provided)
• Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
• Good understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical skills
• Require limited supervision on designated work tasks
• Proven record working in the residential and commercial sectors
• Driven approach to work and professional development
• Work well within a team environment
• Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Local to the oxford area
