Opportunity for a design focussed Architect or Designer to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in Urban Design, Planning and Landscape. Location: Central Birmingham

Collaborating with a diverse team on various project sectors, primarily in residential-led masterplanning and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in these projects and be focused on the concept design, detailed stages, and project delivery.

The Role:
  • Working in design concept stages along with Project Delivery
  • Feasibility and specifications
  • Producing presentations
  • Masterplans
  • Co-ordinating a design team, working with Product Designers in-house and external construction professionals
  • Liaise with the client and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams and ensuring that the design projects are on schedule
  • Relevant qualification with UK based experience
  • Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong design skills
  • The ability / willingness to deliver projects.
  • Proficient in Vectorworks is desirable but not essential
  • Preferably experienced in designing commercial, residential and mixed use projects
