Salary: £32,000- 44,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be to be actively recruiting for a renowned architectural practice, whose nearly century-long history demonstrates their proficiency in producing creative designs for a diverse portfolio of projects. These projects cover sectors such as Commercial, education, mixed use and research a& technology. This role will be focusing on healthcare projects. this dynamic practice is passionate about exceeding their clients expectations through their sustainable, technically expert, specialist designs. They are dedicated to proving excellent progression opportunities, with potential for hybrid working and a chance to become an integral member of their successful and highly reputable practice. With a busy outlook on exciting projects they are seeking a talented Architect with experience in healthcare to join their friendly team in Glasgow.

The successful Architect will be ARB registered with substantial experience ideally leading projects and must have previous experience of working on healthcare projects.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Sufficient post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
• Through knowledge of UK building regulations
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is desired
• Proven record of working on UK healthcare projects
• Understanding of healthcare design guidance
• Availability to travel to various sites
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of NHS procurement vehicles and related contracts Is beneficial
• Managing a small team assisting with development
• Job running experience is essential
• Cultivate strong client relationships
• Keen to input to company growth
• Attentiveness to detail
• Live locally to Glasgow
