Architectural Technician, North Gloucestershire – Up to £43k

An award winning Architectural consultancy are looking for an Architectural Technician or Technically biased Architect to join their friendly team working in beautiful high end, historic and conservation projects throughout the Cotswolds.

Located in a quaint little village, you will join a medium size team and assisting the Project Architect through all RIBA stages. The consultancy work in Revit and it would be advantage if you are proficient in this software however training will be provided if not.  You will be expected to produce construction drawings, fully up to date on UK building regulations, attend site visits and meetings.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be working on interesting bespoke projects within a stunning location.

Role:
  • Producing working drawing packages
  • Have an excellent technical ability
  • Up to date on all UK building regulations
  • Priducing construction drawings
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Attending site meetings
  • Measured surveys and site inspections
  • Revit software skills is preferred but not mandatory
  • AutoCAD skills
  • Conservation, historic, listed building project sector experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
  • Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
  • Relevant Architectural qualification
  • In practice UK based experience essential
