Architectural Technician

Salary: £34000-£42000

My client is searching for a passionate and motivated Architectural Technician with an exceptional attention to detail to join their enthusiastic and knowledgeable team in Leeds. The multi-disciplinary practice works on a range of projects across the Residential, Commercial and Conservation sectors and their experienced team pride themselves on providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role you must have significant experience post qualification and have ideally managed a small team. You should boast creative design flare and exceptional technical skills. Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Significant UK-based experience post qualification
  • Relevant degree or an HNC/ HND in Architectural Technology
  • Assist with the delivery of projects from planning to completion
  • Produce detailed technical drawings in collaboration with the architectural team
  • Ability to present to clients to show you have listened to their brief
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is essential
  • Meet project deadlines
