Your new company
My client is a small practice operating on a high workload located in Nottinghamshire. They focus their work within the residential, student accomodation, education and commercial sectors and are looking for an Architectural Technician or an Architectural Assistant to join their team and help the team to deliver projects.
Your new role
As an Architectural Technician/Assistant, you will be required to:

  • Submit planning applications.
  • Attend site visits.
  • Produce working drawings.
  • Liaise with clients and appropriate authorities.
  • Use AutoCAD to produce models.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Be proficient using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and M365.
  • A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an Architectural role.
