Are you an experienced Architectural Technician seeking a new opportunity with a growing and award-winning Architectural practice located in Newport?
 
We are on the lookout for creative individuals with experience in residential design (commercial to bespoke) to join an established firm with 3 offices in the UK.
 
The ideal candidate will have a number of years of experience in residential design and be able to demonstrate strong design and presentation skills. It is crucial that the individual has extensive technical knowledge, is proficient in Revit, and is up to date with the latest residential design standards, e.g., zero carbon design.
 
This award-winning Architectural practice has built a solid reputation and relationship with residential clients throughout the past 20 years. The team is highly committed to providing quality service – this is reflected in the high levels of repeat business.
 
Having a solution-led approach allows the team to truly understand the needs of their clients. Each project is unique but often has familiar aims. This practice offers a full range of architectural services from interior design, urban design, Masterplanning, consultancy and 3D modellings.

Residential Architectural Technician: Newport
  • Commercial and bespoke Residential projects
  • You must have solid knowledge of Revit for this role
  • Sketchup, Adobe PS and InDesign
  • Up to date Building Regulations (residential design standards)
  • Knowledge of zero-carbon design is beneficial
  • Comfortably present work internally and externally – strong design and presentation skills
  • Technical knowledge
Salary:
  • Depends on previous experience and abilities
  • Ranges from £25,000 - £38,000 (depending on your experience)
