I am looking for a motivated Architectural Technician with strong technical skills to join a well-established practice in Barnsley. The knowledgeable team provide sustainable solutions across residential, commercial and retail projects of all scales. The multidisciplinary practice offers services through all RIBA stages and deliver innovate and creative designs which always exceed client expectations.

The successful Architectural Technician will have some UK-based experience post qualification and should be confident working through all RIBA stages. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, however should also feel comfortable working independently to produce technical designs. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Sufficient UK-based experience post qualification
• Residential experience is beneficial
• Confident working through all RIBA stages
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical abilities
• Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
• Must live within a commutable distance of Barnsley
• Revit proficiency is essential
